Welfare of humanity is the soul of a religion ,
As lies in it the echo of human palpitation.

Going to a temple, mosque ,church or to any other shrine ,
And singing hymns and doing rituals won’t make one divine.

The service to the needy ,oppressed and shrivelled humanity
Opens the doors of God’s abode to bless and shower sublimity.

Merely wearing coloured cloak and chanting holy names and rhymes
Don’t pave the path to liberation but healing the wounds of suffering primes .
