Pious Conduct

Light of pious conduct illuminates all the darkness
Of frivolity, grudge and grumbling with  sinfulness .

It is true that errors and humans are ever inseparable,
Compassion soothes sores, making man reliable .

Evil intent and hateful deeds lead one nowhere,
All selfish and carnal ventures make one roam here and there .

All shortlived so called pleasures take leave, and one falters,
Losing one’s footing on all fronts, and being demeaned suffers.

Time never spares any one for unjust and unethical subterfuges,
One is bound to face the music sooner or later,in vain are all grudges.
